Privacy Policy

This policy explains how CS Network and Security LLC handles information when you visit or use crinventory. For business inventory and team records, the business using crinventory generally decides what information to enter and why; crinventory processes it to provide the service.
Information we process
We process account name, business name, email address, password hash, business type, team invitations and roles, subscription status and Stripe identifiers, inventory catalog details such as item names and SKUs, quantities, carton label codes, receiving and shipping activity, support messages you send, and limited technical and security information needed to operate the service. Do not enter payment card numbers, security codes, government identification numbers, medical records, or other sensitive personal information into inventory fields.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide inventory workflows and label printing, record inventory changes, send account and team messages, manage subscriptions, answer support requests, prevent abuse, maintain reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use business inventory records for targeted advertising.
Service providers
We rely on hosting and database infrastructure, including Cloudflare and the Sites hosting platform; Stripe for crinventory subscription billing; and Resend for transactional and support email delivery. These providers process information as needed to provide their services, under their own terms and privacy practices. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where these providers operate.
Business records and contacts
Your business is responsible for choosing what inventory and personal information to store, obtaining required permissions, and responding to its customers, staff, suppliers, and other contacts. A person whose information is in a business workspace should generally contact that business first. They may also contact us about our handling of information for crinventory.
Cookies and security
Essential browser storage and cookies may be used to maintain sign-in and protect the service. We do not currently use advertising cookies. We use measures such as HTTPS, password hashing, tenant-scoped access checks, input validation, and protected service credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and privacy requests
We retain account, inventory, billing, support, and security information while needed to provide the service and for legitimate business, legal, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, and backup purposes. To request access, correction, export, or deletion, email csosa@csnetworkandsecurity.com from your account email and describe the request. We may verify your identity and authority. Some records may need to be retained where law requires or permits it, and backup copies may persist until overwritten under normal retention cycles.
Children, international processing, and updates
crinventory is intended for adults operating businesses and is not directed to children under 18. Providers may process information in the United States or other places where they operate. Contact us before entering information subject to special residency or contractual requirements. We may update this policy and will post the current version here.
