Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of crinventory, an inventory management service operated by CS Network and Security LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your business.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business. Keep your account details accurate, protect your password, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that your team members are authorized to use the workspace.
What crinventory does
crinventory helps businesses record stock by quantity or individually labeled carton, print inventory labels, scan items when they ship, and review inventory activity. You are responsible for setting up your catalog, choosing appropriate tracking methods, and checking that receiving, label printing, scanning, and shipment records are accurate. A barcode scan records an inventory action in the app; it does not independently verify physical goods or replace your shipping, sales, or accounting system.
Your inventory data
You keep ownership of the product, SKU, quantity, carton, label, movement, and team information you submit. You authorize us and our service providers to host and process that information to provide and protect the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to enter information about employees, suppliers, customers, or other people, and for maintaining your own backups of business-critical records.
Plans, trials, and recurring billing
If a paid plan or free trial is offered, its duration, renewal frequency, price, and payment requirements will be shown before you confirm checkout. By confirming a recurring subscription, you authorize the displayed recurring charges through Stripe until you cancel. Any trial converts to paid service only as stated on the checkout screen. Current plan options are Standard at $10 USD monthly or $120 annually, Business at $20 USD monthly or $200 annually, and Pro at $40 USD monthly or $400 annually, subject to the offer shown at checkout.
Cancellation and refunds
You may manage or cancel an eligible subscription through the billing controls provided in the app. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future renewal charges; access may continue through the paid period shown by the billing provider. Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed charge. Contact support about duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges. This does not limit any rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Acceptable use
Do not use crinventory to violate law or another person's rights, upload information you are not authorized to use, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or disrupt other users. We may restrict access where reasonably needed to address security, abuse, nonpayment, or legal requirements.
Availability and changes
We may update or discontinue features, and interruptions, data-entry mistakes, printer problems, scanner compatibility issues, or provider outages can occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We will provide notice of material changes to paid plan terms before they take effect where required.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as available, subject to warranties and remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CS Network and Security LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees paid for crinventory during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.
Governing law and contact
