We work to protect crinventory accounts and business inventory records with safeguards built into the service.
Safeguards
The service uses HTTPS, password hashing, tenant-level data access checks, validated inventory operations, and restricted handling of payment-provider credentials. Stripe handles subscription card payments; crinventory does not receive or store full card numbers or security codes.
Your part
Use a unique password, limit workspace access to trusted team members, remove access when it is no longer needed, and keep independent records of critical inventory. Check labels and stock movements after receiving and shipping, especially when processing large batches.
Report a security concern
Email csosa@csnetworkandsecurity.com with the subject “Security concern.” Include the affected page or account and enough detail to investigate. Do not include passwords, payment card details, or sensitive customer records. We will acknowledge and review reports as promptly as practical.
Service limits
No internet-connected service can promise that every risk is eliminated or that access will never be interrupted. Do not use crinventory as the sole record for safety-critical or regulated inventory unless your requirements have been reviewed and approved for the service.
